UPCOMING REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TOUR

Dear All,

I humbly invite you to these three Real Estate programmes taking place this month. If you are interested in the Nigerian real estate sector, these are events I feel you should not miss. They are:

1. REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TOUR TO MAGBORO: SATURDAY AUGUST 13, 2016:
There will be a tour to Magboro to see the developments in the Berger-Ibafo axis. The property in focus is ​CASAVILLA ESTATE, MAGBORO.​ The promo price of Two Million Naira per plot ends this month. 

The take off point for those coming from Lagos is at MRS Petrol Station at Berger by 10am. For those coming from other states, we'll meet in front of MFM Prayer City for 11am.

​2. REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT SYMPOSIUM (For Realtors & Intending Realtors): SATURDAY, AUGUST 20, 2016:​ 
There will be a real estate investment symposium for realtors and intending real estate consultants. The summit will introduce them to the real estate opportunities in the Ibeju-Lekki axis and how they can maximise the benefits.

The venue is Orchid Hotel, Plot 3, Dream World Africana Way (immediate right turn after Chevron Toll Gate), Ikota-Epe Expressway, Lekki, Lagos by 10am. Refreshments will be served and there will be free gifts for the first 200 participants.

​3. THE IBEJU-LEKKI REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TOUR & PICNIC: SATURDAY, AUGUST 27, 2016.​ 
There will be a real estate investment tour to selected estates in the Ibeju-Lekki axis. Side attractions on this tour include the Lagos Business School, Pan African University, Lakowe Golf Course, Dangote Refinery, Lekki Free Trade Zone and Lekki Deep Sea Port.

Others include Lekki International Airport, Eleganza Industries and the New Computer Village. Take off point is at Ikota Shopping Complex by 12 noon prompt. After the tour, there will be a Picnic for all attendees at La Campigne Tropicana.
