This is so cool. Mrwhosetheboss, a tech-wiz, who specializes in short instructional videos, has designed an easy-to-make plastic contraption that allows you to project 3D holographic videos that float directly above your Smartphone screen.

The design is constructed of little more than an old plastic CD case, and some tape, but the results seem far more high-tech than the humble materials would suggest.

Once you’ve constructed the device, you’ll just need to load up a few hologram specific videos onto the browser on your Smartphone to get started.
